Walking down 8th Ave after dinner tonight, we came across this grim scene. Evidently, a horse spooked and ran through an intersection, colliding with a car. The people were all injured and the horse had to be euthanized.
The eeriest part that we directly witnessed was that there was absolutely nothing near the scene. No people. No police. No tow-trucks. No blockades. Nothing, except what is in the above photo.
